We are dewi788 — the number one online casino entertainment destination for Malaysian players who value safety, integrity, and a gaming experience that's genuinely enjoyable.
If you've tried a few online casino platforms in Malaysia and felt something was missing — maybe buffering streams, slow customer support response times, or withdrawal processes that drag on for hours — those are the exact pain points that drove the founding of dewi788.
We started in 2019 with one clear goal: build an online casino platform genuinely designed for Malaysian players. Not simply a translated interface from another language, not just a Malay logo slapped onto a product built for a different market. Every aspect of dewi788 — from game selection and payment methods to support language, promotions, and loyalty programme — was planned specifically around the real lives of online casino users in Malaysia.
Malaysian players have their own habits and needs. Many play on the go via LRT or bus, or during office breaks on 4G. They want fast deposits through Touch 'n Go or GrabPay without having to key in lengthy credit card details. They want to speak with a support team in Malay — not through clunky machine translation. They want to know that the games they play are fair and transparent, with RTP figures verified by an independent body.
All of these needs are at the core of what dewi788. And since 2019, we have continued to grow alongside Malaysia's expanding player community – with over 500,000 registered members who trust us as their online casino entertainment destination of choice.
"We didn't build dewi788 to be the biggest online casino platform – we built it to be the one Malaysian players trust most."
– Dewi788 Management Team✨ What Sets Dewi788 Apart
Six key reasons Malaysian players trust dewi788
1080p HD streaming with professionally trained dealers – just like being at a world-class physical casino, but from the comfort of your home or anywhere in Malaysia. Baccarat, roulette, poker and live casino tables run 24/7 without interruption.
Over 80% of dewi788 players game on their smartphones. That is why every table, every button and every feature is built on a mobile-first principle – a clean interface, large buttons and streaming that auto-adjusts to your internet speed.
Deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). All transactions in MYR with no currency conversion or hidden fees. Minimum deposit from as low as RM 10.
256-bit SSL encryption protects all your data. Every game uses a third-party audited RNG to ensure outcomes are fully random and fair. The RTP for each game is transparent and can be checked by any member.
From a RM 888 welcome bonus and automatic daily rebates to weekly cashback and a Platinum VIP programme with a dedicated personal account manager – dewi788 always has a way to deliver more value to every active member, not just new ones.
Dewi788 takes player wellbeing seriously. We provide daily deposit limit tools, loss limits and self-exclusion options within every member's account. Our support team is trained to assist anyone who needs guidance in managing their gaming habits.
Mission dewi788 is simple to state but far from easy to deliver: make the online casino experience in Malaysia safe, fair, accessible and enjoyable for everyone – from a university student in Petaling Jaya trying slots for the very first time, to a seasoned player in Kota Kinabalu who has spent years at the baccarat tables and wants a VIP seat with the highest limits.
Our vision is to be the most trusted online casino platform in Malaysia – not the biggest, not the most advertised, but the most trusted. That trust cannot be bought or marketed into existence – it is built one interaction at a time, through every fast withdrawal processed, every helpful customer support session, and every fair and transparent round of play.
Since 2019, that trust has grown to encompass more than 500,000 registered members from across Malaysia – from Perlis to Sabah, from major cities to small towns. Every day, hundreds of thousands of ringgit in winnings are processed and paid out to dewi788 members via eWallets and local bank transfers. These are not figures we invented for an advertisement – they are the day-to-day reality of dewi788's operations.
Transparency
The RTP for every game is publicly disclosed. No hidden terms in any promotion. All fees and limits are stated clearly before you make any decision.
Excellence
We never settle for "good enough". The dewi788 technical team continuously optimises the platform, rolls out new features and improves streaming quality based on member feedback.
Players First
Every product decision starts with one question: is this better for the player? If the answer is no, it doesn't make it onto our platform.

A dedicated team committed to delivering the best experience for every member
Something we often hear from new members dewi788 is just how straightforward it is to get started – no complicated processes, no excessive documentation, and most importantly, no confusing currency conversions. Everything is handled in Malaysian Ringgit, from start to finish.
This reflects our commitment to a truly local experience.
